This is not a standalone app, you need custom launchers like Apex, Nova, Holo etc. to use it

ADW Settings > Themes > Meego HD > Apply
-Apex Launcher:
Apex settings > Theme settings > Meego HD > Apply
-Nova Launcher:
Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme > Meego HD
-Holo Launcher:
Appearance Settings > Icon pack > Meego HD
Note :- This theme doesn't support Go Launcher so kindly don't buy it if you want to use it on go launcher. For list of supported launcher, refer below
