电话是1-8003310500，然后按1，然后按0，接人工台。电话通了之后，就说：Hello，I got an iphone from Ebay，and I want to unlock my iphone。然后就问你 有没有ATT电话号码，你就说no，然后问你：姓名，IMEI，邮箱，都结束之后，会给你一个case No。然后就是等结果，关注自己的邮箱了，因该是5-7天。
注：（case no只是att服务号码，这个不重要，重要的是你邮箱收到的结果，全部在邮箱里面。）
2.邮件官解 （可以获取case 不能当场解锁，需等待处理 大约5-7天）
